Steve Shiu is a Meisner trained actor from Akron, Ohio. After his NBA career failed to take off, he studied the Meisner acting technique under Jessica Houde Morris. He has been the lead in numerous independent films and a few commercials. He enjoys the fact that every opportunity is a different one and the individuality that comes with being an actor. He enjoys creating something unique as referenced by his multiple years working as a chef. As an Asian-american he likes to explore his own culture and learn from others as well. Steve Shiu believes a smile and good food can bring people together regardless of age or even language barriers.
